COMPACT CLEANING PACKED WITH ECO-FRIENDLY TECHNOLOGY

Solvac Vapor Degreaser systems are designed to safely operate with several of today's non-flammable and EPA-approved solvents. Our automated compression lid seals in machine contents, which allows more efficient use of energy and fewer carbon emissions into the environment. Addtionally, a Vapotronic Electro-Pulse Modulation system increases solvent retention and reduces energy consumption over conventional vapor degreasers.

THE CLEANING POWER OF SONICS

Ultrasonic energy introduced into a solution causes alternating patterns of low and high-pressure phases. During the low-pressure phase, bubbles or vacuum cavities form. In the subsequent high-pressure phase, these bubbles implode violently. This is called cavitation.

Cavitation provides an intense scrubbing action that leads to unsurpassed cleaning speed and consistency. Additionally, the bubbles are small enough to penetrate even microscopic crevices, cleaning them thoroughly and consistently.
