Calibratable distance measurement
The distance measurement can be set very precisely with 0.01 mm , and it can also be calibrated (standard 3000).

8 welding modes selectable
Thanks to the welding modes, the right setting for perfect welding can be found for every application. The following welding modes can be used with the standard series:

- Contact welding
Trigger (ultrasonic release torque)
The welding can be triggered by a trigger. As a trigger can force - time - or waypointas well as an external signal be set.

All ultrasonic welding machines of the standard series include a piece counter and a reject counter. They can also be set as a limit.

In order to prevent a possible snagging of light workpieces on the sonotrode, an after-pulse can be set.
Adjustable amplitude
In steps of 1, the amplitude can be changed in the value between 40% and 100% in order to achieve the best possible welding or cutting result.

The Standard 3000 and the Standard 745 are also available as cleanroom version and meet the high demands of machines in the medical field.
Footswitch - Optimization of the work process
Optionally for two-hand release, the welding on standard 50 can also be triggered with a foot switch.
