MANUAL CUTTERS HC35

The HC35 Ultrasonic Hand Cutters are suitable for manual cutting and simultaneous sealing of textiles and synthetic fabrics. 
With them, both straight cuts and contour cuts can be realized. 

During the cutting process, the edges are automatically sealed. 

The hand cutters are compatible with the generators Ecoline35, RDG35 or SDG35.

Less wear: The hard metal plate or the cutting wheel can be rotated when worn.

Optimized cutting process: With a fast cutting speed and simultaneous edge sealing cutting cycles can be shortened. The cutting process is triggered by a button on the handle.

Adaptable cutting force: The cutting force is easy and infinitely variable.

Air cooling: For continuous applications, air cooling is already integrated for the sonotrode and the converter.

High cutting quality: Cutting and cutting edge are of very high quality due to the ultrasound technology. 
Due to the flat foot and Teflon inserts, the handset glides cleanly and easily over the textile.

Easy to set up: Setup and service are very easy thanks to the lifting function of the vibrator system. The adaptation to different material thicknesses is done in no time at all.
