Introduction of Automotive seat cover cover sewing line
The automotive cover seat sewing line performs the cutting-sewing of Automotive seat cover covers from raw materials: fabric, leather, artificial leather, synthetic resin, and seat cover accessories to meet the requirements technical and aesthetic services for automotive seat cover assembly lines.
The automotive seat cover sewing line is installed on a 2,500-square-meter factory floor, with a capacity of 180 sets per hour, and the number of employees is about 80 people participating in the following stages: supplying raw materials for roll fabric, leather, artificial leather rolls, accessories, locks…; spread and cut fabrics on automatic machines; sewing stitching, decorative sewing of seat cover on normal sewing machine, 1-needle cylinder sewing machine, 2-needles cylinder sewing machine with about 40 operation steps.
Main stages in a automotive seat cover sewing line
The cover of a car seat is made up of leather, fabric and accessories sewn together. To be a complete seat cover, it is necessary to go through 40 stages of pairing, sewing, welding and testing according to standards.

The line is fabricated at CNC-VINA factory in combination with construction, installation, sewing process training for workers at the customer's factory and testing in 20 weeks.
Main functional blocks of the automobile seat cover sewing line
- A system of storage of input materials, pallet, trolley, rack for input materials: rolled fabric, leather, leather piece, standard accessories.
- The cutting machine checks 1200x1500mm cutting area on a wide range of materials
- Imported automatic fabric cutting machine: spread fabric width up to 1800mm / spreading speed 500m / hour. Cut fabric thickness up to 80mm with idling speed up to 100m / min.
- Smart cutting control software automatically detects curves, straight lines, inside angles, outer corners and close cuts to adjust cutting tools, cutting speed accordingly, increasing cutting quality.
- Wireless connection to CAD design system by Wifi (Wireless connection with the LAN of the customer)
- Automatic knife sharpening mode VASH can adjust the sharpening angle according to the actual wear condition of the knife (VASH: Self-sharpening knife system with variable angle sharpening)
- Self-checking the system and diagnosing errors, suggestions for troubleshooting the machine (Auto-diagnosis system to identify and advice eventual errors)
- Keeping and resetting of cut data in case of power blackout - Keeping and resetting of cut data in case of power blackout
- Integrated automatic cleaning system of the cutting conveyor CLED (CLED)
- Priority automatic programming of cutting small pieces is given priority.
- MEF knife control system by mechanical and electronic (MEF: Mechanic and electronic control for fl exion knife)
- The fabric compression force can be customized according to the type of fabric (Optional variable vacuum control)
- Vacuum Turbines 6 bar
- Standard data input (Data format input): ISO, CUT, DXF, HPGL / HP-GL2, PLT ... suitable with all CAD software.
- Iso fix welding high frequency welding machine and warning label on the seat cover

+ Barcode system printer / reader code for PMS connection
