The MRO Series (Running Overhead Industrial Manipulator) rail-assisted lifting arm is a type of lifting device, the product arm has a suspension that can be moved flexibly. The product hanger is mounted on the support bar (X or Y). Move the product up and down with pneumatically controlled hanging tools. Move the product in the X and Y directions thanks to the pull force, the lifting arm will slide in the desired direction of the user with low friction.
The entire lifting assembly is mounted on the column structure frame and the truss with sliding rails. The product is suitable for applications of lifting cartons using suction clusters, lifting car seats, assembly wheels... With products weighing up to several hundred kg, the structure will be designed to ensure load and safety, the X/Y movement is controlled by a motor.
