With just one installment, the machine automatically performs 3 drilling and chamfering tasks - reaming and produces a complete product. Machining time is only in seconds.

Special purpose machine serves one or more of the products that require large volume (mass production) in batches, monthly orders and regular volumes (several tens of thousands of pcs / month).

Structure of specialized and integrated processing machines

The automatic machine integrates 3 drilling and chamfering and machine tools designed and manufactured by CNC which are composed of 4 main components, including:

Standard machines and equipment for specialized processing: drilling assemblies, chamfer chambers and reamers Assemblies of divisions and jigs for machining parts.

Part of pedestal frame, body structure, cold watering cluster  PLC control part.

Outstanding features and operational principles With drilling heads, boring, chamfering, the graduated turntable is integrated on the machine, controlled by PLC.

The integrated processing machine makes the product processing process uninterrupted. For each product category, jigs, jig and dandory jigs will be prepared in advance.

The process from embryo-stage to finished product is briefly described as follows:

The worker stood at the specified position, put the first product onto jig and press the button. Automatic workpiece clamping pneumatic system will work to locate and clamp raw product.

The index table system will automatically rotate the product to the position of the drill head. The drill bit assembly automatically goes down to create holes. (At the same time, the worker proceeds to install the second product at his place. Press the start button with 2 hands to "announce" the ready workpiece).

The turntable brings the product to the edge of the chamfered head. Product No. 1 is chamfered according to the drawing. (At the same time, the third product is in the ready position. The second product is being drilled.)The product is moved to rotate on the turntable to the last task. The whole work achieved the size and tolerance of the hole. (While the second product is being beveled. The third product is being drilled automatically. The fourth product is already in place for drilling drill.)The finishing parts are rotated to the workers' position. parts are released, quickly removed. New products are installed and clamped. Finish a cycle of about 10-15 seconds.

Guidance on operation and maintenance of specialized processing machines.

Adherence to proper operating procedures and maintenance is extremely important. With any mechanical processing machine, especially those dedicated to processing mass products. Short cycle time, the machine works almost continuously for 3 shifts / day. Failure to comply with the operation and maintenance procedures will result in unsafe, machine failures. Affects productivity and delivery time.

Note when operating drilling, chamfering, boring machines

Always check the power, compressed air before starting the machine.

Ensure sufficient service capacity. Check engine, pump, power cord, shaft, roller ...

Maintain mechanical system, periodic grease pump and clean the machine before every shift.

Replace regular coolant oil, remove chips, filter sediment and clean oil tank periodically.

Use cutting tools, beveled drill bits of the right type and size. Replace according to calculated parameters.

Insert the new Jig model into the right position pin, then fasten the clamp to tighten the Jig again.

After replacing the clamp and jig, push the hand valve to the clamping state, then control on the HMI to turn the table to the replacement position.

After replacing 4 positions, the whole process of replacement will be checked. Change the chamfer gap because the beveled hole position can vary between product types.

So the beveled knife position must also be different. Use silver to change the model according to each product.

In order to safely replace the model, please check the drill assemblies, chamfer assemblies visually: the main shaft is in the highest position, avoid collision with the turntable and other mechanisms. both machining tools before replacing the model.
