The cutter is programmed and operated automatically. Time of a cutting cycle: 22 seconds / circuit board consists of 6 products.

Especially, the machine can cut many different circuit boards by replacing the cutting parts easily, flexibly and economically in production. 

Circuit breaker in automatic operation mode consists of 3 stages: 

The machine automatically picks up the circuit from the input conveyor into the jig to put into the cutting position

The cutting head moves and moves in 2 directions to create a cutting motion

The circuit board after cutting will be automatically output output conveyor.

For each type of circuit board model cut, cutting parameters such as spindle speed, toolpath are pre-set by PLC control on the HMI screen. The cutter has 2 spindle heads with a cutting tool placed underneath and cuts the product upside down. The circuit board is placed in place and held in place by the suction assembly. Then get this compressed air assembly again, all automatically. The process of issuing circuit input and taking products after cutting can be operated automatically by 2 conveyor systems at both ends input and output.

The cutting of the circuit breaker automatically takes place within a few seconds to separate 2 (or 4) attached circuits from each other. Therefore, the productivity of automatic machines is very high. It helps to save human resources, improve productivity for assembly lines of electronic factories. How to check the operation of devices:

+ Check pressure check kit:

Using Standard circuit board, Put in the cutting position, then move the suction headcluster transfer down, then turn on the nozzle, see if the value on the watch is reached, if it is onset value on the HMI has not been notified OK, Conclusion the signal wire is broken, or the output of the pressure checkerbroken, or the PLC input is broken.

+ Negative gas generator:

If the pressure is applied enough, and the standard circuit is being sucked, the value is still smaller than the valueAllow, Check all air inlet lines and gas lines to the suction head, If the air wire is notproblem, conclude that the vacuum generator is faulty.

+ Check LS cylinder:

Move the cylinder to the position to be checked, use the vit to move LS alongsyringe, If LS is not on, Conclusion LS is faulty. (You can use magnets to check the operation ofLS).

+ Spindle test: Press mode button to switch to panel mode. Press start to run if spindleDo not rotate and report an error, check if the spindle is stuck, The input air pressure is higher 0.4 Mpa or not. Both of these conditions are true and spindle still reports an error and cannot run.

Spindle failed conclusion Always check the power, compressed air of the machine before operating. Clean the machine after every shift. Always follow the operating instructions and schedule for checking and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems of the machine.
