Automatic boxing line

The automatic boxing line is one of the typical sorting and packaging line products provided by CNC-VINA to customers in the foods industry, confectionery production.

The cake box packaging line with a box machine is responsible for supplying the cake - opening the box - packing the cake into the box -gluing and sealing the box - transporting the cake box to the carton sealer thanks to the industrial conveyor system.

The automatic cake box packing machine performs the stages automatically in two modes running manually (manual) or fully automatic (Auto), helping the cake box packing productivity 3-5 times higher than the packing method traditional package.

The main stages of the machine include:

- Open the cardboard box with the handle using a vacuum cleaner to help open the packaging from the package on the feed tray.

- Feed the cake on the chain conveyor to the position to be packed.

- Insert the cake into the boxes waiting available

- Gluing on the lid of the box and stick the lid

- Transfer finished products by conveyor to carton packing unit

Conveyor system

The conveyor system is used for packing the cake box into cartons by hand, and gluing the carton with the carton sealing machine before transporting it to the warehouse. Conveyors are installed behind the automatic cake boxing machine to form the complete product packaging line.

- Conveyor belt width: 510mm, belt width 410mm

- Conveyor speed up to 50m / min

- Conveyors with guide bars increase according to each product

- 4 corner conveyors connected when not running the bag packing machine

Advantages of the automatic cake boxing line designed and manufactured by CNC-VINA:

The cake boxing machine can be operated in manual and automatic mode with simple control thanks to push button system and Vietnamese / English interface touch HMI screen.

The machine stores error history on the monitor screen for easy retrieval and handling.

The machine displays the cake packing speed options on the screen for users to choose from. The machine can be used for 2 cake models with different box sizes to help save investment costs and flexibly plan production.

The parameters are easily modified (within the allowed range of the machine) to help change according to the actual production.

The machine runs automatically with the finished product rate up to 95%. The worker is only used for hand-folding the cake bags on the conveyor belt and supplying the box when the shell on the tray is empty.

The machine is structurally solid, the main material is stainless steel to ensure food hygiene and safety according to the standards of the food and confectionery industry.
