  • Show test results on the screen OK / NG
  • The machine reports the end of the measurement, the robot head returns to the original, the worker removes the tire from the jig and proceeds to the next tire.

The process of operating the fatigue test machine:

Step 1. Turn on total aces

Step 2. Press the “READY” button to confirm the machine is ready.

Step 3. Press the “RST / RTN” button to clear all system errors.

Step 4 Press and hold the “RST / RTN” button for 5s to return the machine to the original state.

Step 5. Run automatic mode:

  • Switch the position selection button “AU / MA” to “AU” control mode.

  • There are 3 modes of running in automatic mode: 1/2/3 mode

Step 6. Select the desired running mode and press "START".

Before running the machine:

- Attach the chassis to the fixture, connect the press head to the chassis.

Step 2: Unscrew the bolt on the position “Servo Press support P1 force”.
