The fixed column industrial manipulator is a popular supporting arm (industrial manipulator) to help support lifting in assembly lines, processing machines and lifting goods. The joints can be rotated 360° around the fixed column with a radius of up to 3m for a work area up to 30m2, suitable for stages in the assembly line and shipping areas.

This column-type power lifter is suitable for CNC machining workshops, welding workshops, cold when it is necessary to lift the product on the jig, change the direction and position in the work area. Or areas of export, unloading, assembly lines. Fixed working positions according to machines are very suitable for installing fixed columns on the floor. Flanges with bolt holes ensure stability when working with the load of this pneumatic lift.

Due to the accompanying processing machines and assembly lines, the column-type power lifter takes advantage of the factory's compressed air, reducing costs compared to electric or hydraulic lifters. Moreover, it also contributes to ensuring labor and operation safety.

The user hooks, attaches, clamps the product to the tool head, the air cylinder will automatically recognize the load and pull the object up to a height of 1200mm above the floor. Heavy products move up slower than light products.

To manipulate the move, the user only needs to push the product to the desired position. Two flexible joints with 360-degree rotation make it easy to reach new positions.

To place the object in the new position, the user adjusts so that the product is rotated to the set position and lowered. Pay attention to rotate the product in the desired direction before lowering the load completely.
