- Factories use a large amount of gas for industrial production activities, and the design, construction, and installation of gas systems with gas stations and pipeline systems is mandatory. It helps to maximize performance, ensuring the needs of customers. Easily manage and monitor parameters through a modern and safe control system in operation, and maintenance. Materials used in the gas pipeline system
Carbon steel gas pipe: This is a commonly used pipe when installing industrial and civil gas systems. Commonly used carbon steel pipes are SCH40, and SCH80 depending on the pressure and working medium inside the pipe (liquid gas or vapor). Pipes are connected using welding, thread-gasket, or flanged connections.
Copper gas pipes: Type L and K are often used for small-scale projects. Easy to install and a few accessories are included. However, it is easy to warp and deviate when subjected to mechanical impact. Limit the use of this material to high sulfur LPG.
Gas pipes from stainless steel (Inox): Depending on specific requirements, people can use stainless steel pipes or multi-layer pipes (plastic-coated steel, pipes) to ensure safety and long life.
PE plastic gas pipe: PE plastic pipe has the characteristics of anti-corrosion and lightness, suitable for underground gas pipeline sections. Connecting PE pipes usually use the heat sealing method.
