Welded chassis, shell body workshop with the participation of welding robots and skilled welding workers

Input metal materials are subjected to the process of stamping, folding, forming, welding ... creating the shape of the frame according to the design. In order to ensure the technical requirements of shape, load, structure, the chassis is delivered through a specialized automatic machine system. Includes fatigue test machine, static test, digital frame engraving machine designed and manufactured by CNCVINA.

These automated machines make the manufacturing process quick, smooth and accurate. Helping product quality meet technical and uniform quality requirements.

Satisfactory chassis will be transferred to the paint workshop to conduct ED powder coating, dip coating to ensure corrosion resistance.

The chassis is passed through the ED paint line to complete the important stage which is surface protection coating. Unlike automotive paint lines, the chassis only needs ED paint, not aesthetic requirements, so it does not have to go through top coat and primer paint lines.
