The two-way programmable XY sewing machine is used for sewing airbags, clothing, seat covers with curved seams, and complex corners.

Programmable sewing machines automatically

Automatic filter bag sewing machine

The machine makes folding, sewing and cutting bags automatically quickly and accurately. The machine takes the fabric from the roll, folds in half and sew the contour to create a filter bag, then cuts it to the length.

The structure of the filter bag sewing machine includes:

Fabric roller with step motor (or servo) provides flexible fabric feeding according to roll diameter, easy roll change operation.

Folding cluster helps to double the fabric according to the length of the bag before reaching the sewing machine head.

Cluster of tension rollers, adjust and pull fabric to help the fabric before and after the sewing machine have enough tension and maintain the fold as well as ensure the tension of the position of the seam to be sewn.

Sewing head assembly - Sewing machine with reception signal from controller, fabric detected sensor, undo stitch sewing and automatic thread trimming at the end of sewing length. Automatically stop sewing when the sensor indicates out of cloth.

Product cutting assembly - Cut to the length of the filter bag, placed behind the sewing machine

Palletizing cluster clamps the top of the finished bag and blows the bag onto the rack after cutting.
