Operating manual
Step 1. Turn over the total CB
Step 2: Press the "READY" button to confirm the device is ready.
Step 3. Press the "RST / RTN" button to delete all system errors.
Step 4 Press and hold down the “RST / RTN” button for 5 seconds to return the device to its original state.
Step 5. Run auto mode:
Switch selection button "AU / MA" to "AU" control mode
There are 3 modes running in auto mode: Running mode 1/2/3
Step 6: Select the desired running type and press "START"
Before the runs:
- Attach the chassis to the jig, connect the press head to the chassis.
- Set the pressure value for each pressing head (P1 = 7000N, P2 = 2500N, P3 = 2000N) and set the holding time.
- Set the jump value of force.
- After testing, the computer automatically prints the results.
Maintenance instructions
Note: Before carrying out maintenance, the machine must be brought to the original, disconnected from electricity and then maintenance.
Clean the machine after every shift.
Apply grease to the ball bearing so that the reel is smooth.
Check if the chain is leaking. Han slid down to clean and clean, apply anti-rust oil.
