Paint gun

Due to the product characteristics that require a high-quality paint surface, the paint gun used in the project is an oil-based paint gun with an integrated color mixing system, which can change the color mixing ratio while spraying. Quick color change center

The quick color change center has the function of mixing paint components to create different color codes according to the requirements of the product to be painted, the 2K mixer gives different resolutions. Paint passes through the mixer and then to the nozzle.

Pump, piping system

Paint container

The paint container is a container for paint cans connected to the robot to supply paint continuously to the robot during the painting process. It is required that the place where the paint container is stored must be ventilated, not damp and safe.

Pneumatic controller

Independently controlled to adjust the flow when entering the nozzle, with an air duct system. Compressed air can be controlled at two levels. Another type is a turbine which is also known as a high-speed rotating turbine motor and is specially designed to stabilize the flow temperature when extrusion is controlled directly at the gun head by software, with higher productivity than the pump.
